Do you have meals to fit my dietary needs?
We offer a range of meals options to fit your needs, including high protein, FODMAP, low sugar, flexitarian, keto, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. 

How do I place an order?
On the product page, pick what you want and add it to your cart.
Check your cart to see everything you've chosen. You can change your picks here too.
From the cart, you can either buy your items or keep shopping.
When you're done, hit "checkout" to pay.

How can I keep tabs on my order?
We'll email you all the info you need to track your order. Just log in to see if your stuff has shipped yet. If it has, you can check where it is right now.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change your order, email us quick - before we ship it. Once it's on its way, we can't change or cancel it, and you'll have to pay the full price. We're sorry if this causes any trouble. To avoid issues, please read our returns and shipping rules.
